*NO PARTIES, LARGE GATHERINGS OR EVENTS* -Unauthorized events or gatherings will result in a $500 fine + eviction, regardless of property damage *POOL HOURS are from 7am to 12am *QUIET HOURS are from 10pm to 8am. *No Amplified music no matter the time of day... especially after 10pm. If you choose to be outside after 10pm, please be considerate of neighbors and keep voice levels low. If using outdoor TV, please keep volume at personal levels. *This listing is intended for only 2 guests total. Only registered and authorized guests, are allowed on the property. We strictly enforce a maximum occupancy of 2 guests as outlined in your reservation. No day visitors allowed. Non-compliance may lead to immediate reservation cancellation without a refund and a $200 fee per guest/visitor exceeding the 2-guest limit. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this rule in advance. *No smoking, vaping inside of home. Smoking is allowed in the backyard. There will be a $500 smoke smell removal fee if there's a smell of any smoke inside the house. *Pet fee: $49. Covers 2 pet limit. Pet fee covers extra deep cleaning costs. Please be sure to add pet when booking. Any additional pets over the 2 pet limit will result in additional $99 fee and/or reservation being cancelled with no refund. Please inquire first with hosts if you have more than 2 pets. *No pets in the pool *Check-in is at 4pm and Check-out is at 10am. When possible, we can accommodate an early/late check-in/out for a FEE. Cost & Availability is based on: 1) Hours requested 2) Cleaners schedule 3) If a guest is checking in/out the same day. Please let us know in advance for higher chances to be approved. *Our cleaners arrive promptly @ 10:00am. They charge $50 per 30 minutes they have to wait after 10:00am. *No illegal drug use in or around property whatsoever. That includes Marijuana/Weed. *NO burning of any candles or incense sticks *There are security cameras facing the front and rear of the property (including pool and pool equipment). Security cameras are for the safety and security of all our guests and for insurance purposes. CAMERAS ARE NOT ACTIVELY MONITORED. Please do not remove, touch any cameras or disconnect, unplug WI-FI. This will result in the reservation being canceled without refund. *Noise level monitors are inside and outside the house (Minut). These do not record audio. Only monitors noise levels/decibels. (FYI...Alexa speakers on volume level 10 won't set these off. *No third party bookings-only agreed upon guests that are staying in the home can book the listing *Do not move or rearrange any furniture *DO NOT flush any baby wipes, sanitary items and make up wipes in the toilet. We run on a septic tank system. Additional charges will apply up to $500 due to any of these items clogging toilet * PLEASE limit all activities to inside home or in the backyard (not front of house) *Keep doors and windows closed at all times to prevent noise from traveling outside and to prevent heating/cooling system from overworking itself *ABSOLUTELY NO DIVING IN POOL!!! POOL GOES FROM 3FT TO 5 1/2FT. *NO Glass (plastic cups provided) by the pool area. Additional charges will be applied for clogged or damaged filter up to $1,000 *NO running by the pool *NO children under the age of 13yrs old left unsupervised in the backyard, especially by the pool without adult supervision. *No dogs in pool *Guests will be responsible for any BROKEN, DAMAGED, MISSING items. Additional charges will apply -ABSOLUTELY NO CONFETTI, NO SILLY STRING, NO FEATHERS AND BALLOONS. Any excessive messes will result in an additional $200 fee *We know accidents do happen. In consideration of being permitted to use the swimming pool, I hereby agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless The Good Vibez House (DE.HOMES8121 LLC), its owners, agents, and employees, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my use of the swimming pool. I (guest/renter), understand that swimming is inherently dangerous, and that there are risks associated with using a pool, including but not limited to the risk of drowning, slipping, and injury from the pool equipment. I further acknowledge that I am solely responsible for my safety and the safety of any minors who accompany me while using the swimming pool. I (guest/renter) agree to take all necessary precautions to ensure my safety and the safety of any minors who accompany me while using the swimming pool. By booking this property; I (guest/renter) acknowledge that I, and ALL guests/visitors have read and fully understand the terms of this rental agreement. I understand that this agreement is legally binding and that I am waiving my rights to bring any claims or lawsuits against The Good Vibez House (DE.HOMES8121 LLC), its owners, agents, or employees, arising out of or related to my use of the swimming pool. I agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Good Vibez House (DE.HOMES8121 LLC), its owners, agents, and employees from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, damages, or liability arising out of or related to my use of the swimming pool. I (guest/renter), hereby certify that I am over 18 years of age, and that I am the legal guardian and/or responsible for any guests/minors who accompany me while using the swimming pool. I have read this agreement carefully and understand its contents. I (guest/renter), understand this Waiver, Release, and Agreement is fully effective and shall be effective and binding upon me, my heirs, next of kin, executors, administrators, all guests, visitors, and assigns, or anyone else authorized to act on your behalf or on behalf of my estate.
