If you choose to be outside after 10pm, please be considerate of neighbors and keep voice levels low. If using outdoor TV, please keep volume low at personal levels. *Due to town regulations & insurance purposes, we have a strict maximum occupancy of 7 guests. Only guests who are registered and authorized on the reservation are permitted on the property. If you plan to have visitors, even for a short visit without an overnight stay, please inform and receive approval from the hosts in advance. Approved visitors must leave the premises by 10pm. If any daytime visitors remain past 10pm, they will be considered overnight guests, and an additional fee of $200 per overnight guest will be applied to the reservation. Failure to comply with this policy may result in immediate reservation cancellation without a refund and/or a $200 fee per guest exceeding the 7-guest limit. We greatly appreciate your cooperation in adhering to this rule in advance. *No smoking, vaping inside of home. Smoking is allowed in the backyard only. This will result in the reservation being canceled without refund. *Noise level monitors are inside and outside the house (Minut). These do not record audio. Only monitors noise levels/decibels.
